I need to change the font to BOLD for only one terms code when the Sales Order prints. I know I can change the field so it will print bold for all terms codes. I was in the formulas, but can't figure out how to change it for only code 03.

Prints how exactly? What kind of form are you using for printing? Where are those "formulas"?

why not create an node with an condition and put the necessary termcode into it?
Might not look that nice, but works for sure the way you want it.
