Content Studio and Provider Credentials not available

Hello,

in our hybris marketing 1602 are the campaign sub worksets "Content Studio" and "Provider Credentials" not available.

If I click on them, the message appears "App could not be opened. Try again later".

Do you have any idea about this issue?
