Connecting to Oracle Portal Database

Hi all,

I know I should not connect with Portal Database directly.

Sothat its not documented and SAP will change the structure frequently without notification)

I have to access the database thro Java API's.

But for my situation I need to get all the iViews and their details in PCD.

Is there a way to retrieve this thro Java API or I should retrieve it from portal DB instead?
