That is a pretty vague question. Prerequisites related to what? Data? SF account? Other modules? Integration? Certifications?

Wow.... this is like pulling teeth.
Ok...so you mean "what are the prerequisites to integrate the other SF modules into Employee Central?"...and you realize that talking to someone certified on/with EC would probably help you a lot.
The prerequisites are knowledge of EC, knowledge of those modules, and knowledge of integrating those modules with EC.
