GRC10.1 Notification mail issue

Hi Experts ,

We have an issue in grc10.1 , a GRC request was submiited for roles but immediatly user were receving a notifcation mail saying GRC req sucessfully completed but were GRC req was in still progress .

Your inputs are really helpful and appricate it ...
