Deploying the components to the remote System

Hi,

We are trying to connect to the server through VPN. We are able to ping the server as well as Telnet it. We are not able to establish a remote desktop connection because of connection getting timed out. <b>In this scenario will we be able to deploy the components in the Remotely located server via NWDS</b>.
