Click on the "Log" button to see the error code and hopefully an explanation. If that information is not enough to resolve the problem, then search for information regarding the error code you find. If you still need help, please share the error code and tell us what you've tried to fix it.

Can you please share the Long text of error, by clicking on question mark symbol which helps us to get to know the more information of the error , procedure and diagnosis of error.
Also you can check the same in SM37 logs and also in SM21 logs or any dump in ST22.

Normally, i put ds name and tick extraction i will see data extract but with ds 0FS_CTR_NO_ATTR it's error

Provide the Target system name in the specified field in the screenshot provided. The click on extractions. You could also change the data records/calls to 1000 or 1000 based on the data availability.
This should work fine.
