In ETO scenario, our requirement is to add Activity Elements to the parent Internal activity for breaking down the Internal activity into sub-tasks and do the scheduling at Activity Element level in a sequence.
However ,I am aware that scheduling is not possible at Activity Elements and Activity Elements will inherit Parent Activity scheduled dates.
Is there a way to initiate a sequential scheduling at the Activity Element level?
For Example,
Internal Activity-Power Plant onsite Engineers (Start Date: Feb 1-End Date: March 25)
Activity Element1:Initiation(Feb 1-Feb10)
Activity Element2: Drawings(Feb11-March10)
Activity Element3: Kick Offs(Feb 11-March25)
Can we use an offset to the start or finish of the activity to specify the start/finish of the activity element?
