Exeception message problem

Former Member

Hi Team

Please refer my attachment. I have requirement on 5th of May for 10 pcs. I have Make to stock production order available on 9th May for 10 pcs. After MRP Run , I am not getting any exception message for this production order. I expect the exception message(Schedule in - Order too late) for this order to pull the order to 5th May. What could be the problem? Can you give some idea?

Thanks

Vijay

Hello,

Check the rescheduling customization setting in OMDW

Rescheduling horizon: It is the number of day for which the system checks whether the fixed replenishment elements should be rescheduled. You can define which specific elements will be included on the rescheduling check. If the flag is unchecked, MRP will not consider the element during the rescheduling check

Please refer this wiki page

Hi Brahmankar,

Thanks for your answer. I corrected the settings as per the link and your reply . It worked as expected. One more quick question. You had mentioned that you Rescheduling check happens before MRP Run. Is it inbuilt program in the MRP Run ?
