Not able to save Web template layout as sap portal favorite

Hi Expert,

I have run Bex report using web template on SAP Portal. I want to save my desired report filter selection so in next run I do not need to select filter. (I want to save report layout as favorite)

clicking on "Save Icon" a blank popup come for a while & disappear and nothing happen. (please see attached image)

This issue with QA & Prod as well and with all user. I am not finding this Web template in WAD tool 7.3

Recently system has upgraded to 7.3 so it may be cause??

Please suggest how to solve this issue. or any SAP note
