Quantity is not in Batches

I have read plenty of post but could not solve my problem. At delivery my batches are not coming and i have done all necessary following configuration.

Condition Tables

Access Sequences

Strategy Types

Batch Search Procedure Definition

Batch Search Procedure Allocation and Check Activation

Activate Automatic Batch Determination in SD

Define Selection Classes

Define Sort Rules

and have condition record at VCH1

Kindly help me in this regards, how can i bring my batches and split them accordingly. Thanks in advance.
