SAP FLP Blank for the first time

Hello Experts,

We are running SAP Fiori on Portals (Portal 7.4 SP 12) and we have this strange issue with Fiori Launch Pad. FLP is empty for the first time, but we go to ‘Open Catalog’ and come back to homepage we see all the existing tiles on FLP.

From Developer Tools(F12) -> Console i see this below error.

Error - Uncaught TypeError: b.callLoadGroupsExtension is not a function.

Any suggestions on this?

FLP Homepage issue got fixed with this Note - 230653. Fixed with the version : EP-RUNTIME 7.40.12.24. Thanks for looking into this.

We were in EP-RUNTIME 7.40.12.24 with this sap note we applied patch to EP-RUNTIME 7.40.12.27 and that is resolved our issue.

Hi Sridhar,

When you launch fiori from EP, it shd be asking your GW credentials. Are those correct, or its still pointing to your backend credentials. Not sure what is the architecture here, embedded or hub.
