Dear Expert,
I created an activity task selecting start date and end date but I'm not able to display it in my calendar. I even tried to create a new task directly from the Calendar but the only options available are: Appointment, Visit, Phone Call. I would like enable the task creation as well.
Do you know which are the customization steps to do that?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Best Regards,
Giacomo
Hello Giacomo,
As also shown in the screenshot attached ,you can create Appointment ,phone call and vists in the calendar. You can refer Help Resource "Calendar" in help center search mentioning the same.

Hi Ankush,
thanks for your reply. So basically is it not possible show the activity task in the calendar? I mean, just Appointment, Phone call and visit are allowed?
I checked using another role that even the In-Store activity can be put in the calendar (please check the print screen below). For this reason I suppose that can be configured the activity types to be shown in the calendar. I need to put the activity task. Any suggestion?
Thanks and Regards,
Giacomo
Hi Giacomo,
I further check in our system and as stated earliar can only see 3 types i.e. Appointment ,Visit and
Phone call .Also in my previous note ,the Help Center document "Calendar" refer those three only.
Not sure about 'Instore Activity' ,but can see the Task is not available in calendar .Maybe you can wait
for comment for other experts.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Ankush.
