In select UI, how can add filter in fields, all user can use it?

For example:

In attach, status includes Finished, Started, Released.

I want the UI, only display the list in status: Started, Released.

     How can I do?

Hi Bin,

please use the adapt Modus for adding "Standard" filters to a specific view. After adding the filter you have to publish the changes. Please be Aware that you are overwriting invidual personalizations to this screeen!

Hi Johann,

     Thanks.

I try it, but the screen of OVS can't adapt, for example:

Hello Bin,

If I understand your question correctly, it is pretty easy. See the +- boxes next to the field?  You would select Plus, and it opens up a dialog box where you can add items one at a time, or a range.   Then you select GO, it goes back to the UI.     Or if it is a quick filter you need, you select the blue filter at the right hand side of the column listing.    Please see attached screen shot for samples.

Hello Carol,

     I understand.

But I want to edit the select UI, so all users can get the filter's result.

     Do you have any idea?

     Thanks.

Hi Bin,

What you are using it's value help for a field, that is Why OVS will come up with all possible filter criteria.

Since you can not changed standard OVS query, each user has to use same OVS but while searching they have option to give filter values as Carol has suggested.
