Hi all,
I created a new client in my system(IDES, ECC6.0).
After that i logged in with SAP* & pass for client copy. After successful login , while performing local client copy (sccl) i selected SAP_ALL profile from 800 client.
After that while i am scheduling client copy, the following error message is occurring.
The above two screenshots depicts that RFC connection has to be maintained. Can any one tell me from where we have to create RFC connection? Whether to create from 800 client(IDES) or to create from 750(New client) ??
Kindly reply
Regards
Praveen
You just need to create a RFC destination for Client = 800 in SM59. After this, maintain it in transaction FINB_TR_DEST.
Check SAP Note 568784

Hi praveen,
What Mr. Reagan is trying to say that SCCL is for Local client copy. So, this RFC Destination, I mean, Target host you are supposed to set it to the IDES system host name(can be the computer name or the IP address). Hope you have corrected your RFCs till now.

Hi Praveen,
You need to create a destination in 750 for source client in SM59 for destination FINBASIS_800 with a valid user and authorization for client 800.
Then run Tcode FINB_TR_DEST and put client as 800 and destination as FINBASIS_800 by selecting new entry. Save it and then run client copy. It should go without errors.
