Dear Experts,
I have requirement to determine SLA based on Sold to party + Category level 1.
Let me know if this possible through standard customization. If you can provide some steps will be great help for me.

have you tried brfplus ..check below for detail steps.
in the steps 5.3 create decision table..you can choose multiple combination as per your requirement

Thanks for the quick reply.
Example given in this is for support team determination and also in 5.3.3 all parameters including SAP component and support team are available but not able to locate parameter for SLA.
Look like difficult solution to apply as I am not familiar with BRF plus.
Is it possible for you to provide some more detail step like where I need to change or choose parameter?

For SLA, there are various ways of achieving determination of SLA ...did you check the sla wiki

did you check my blog series
It is feasible but not with single step as its a complex configuration.
one of the easiest way is to use the badi for sla determination but you don't want to use and therefore there are plenty of other ways you have to mix to get the desired output.
