Given a workbook technical name, I want to find out which role the workbook is assigned to. Is there any table in BW that has this information? I have used BEx->Open->Workbook and Roles tab, but if I search using the technical name only the workbook shows up and not the corresponding role. It is cumbersome to search through the entire list of workbooks and roles. I have searched in se16 using rsr*, workbook and role but to no use. Can somebody help me in this regard? Thanks.
Hi Sameer.
You can find the information you want in table AGR_HIER.
In this table you can select the role, and see the uid if the workbook and the title of the workbook.
In the field REPORT, select RRMX.
this will show you all roles with their workbooks.

Thank you both. This is what I was looking for. Btw, how on earth can we figure out this table if the description reads "AGR_HIER: Table for Structure Information for Menu". Can someone throw some tips on searching for the table that one is looking for? I always try searching with key words in se11, but that doesn't always help. Any useful tips would be great.
Hi,
please check out the tables agr*. They contain the role information. May be you can find the information you need in there.
