Hi,

I am trying to create a simple calculated key figure based on 2 restricted key figures but got a error and cannot save the calculated key figure.

Restricted key figure 1 : restricted by status 1 of quote based on counter field

Restricted key figure 2 : restricted by status 2 of quote based on counter field
[Restricted key figure 1] %A [Restricted key figure 2]

any help is appreciated

Ralph

Hi;

Try NDIV0 ([Restricted key figure 1] %A [Restricted key figure 2])

hi Ricardo, thanks for responding. I already tried this but unfortunately did not work. The error is in the restricted key figure. The error message is that key figure is invalid. The restricted key figure is based on the key figure Counter with a fix restriction type based on a extension field called status as characteristics. No further settings has been set for the key figure.

any thoughts?

Hi;

If I understand correctly the difference between RKF1 and RKF2 is the value of the status.

Can you check:

1) if you can run it with RKF1 and RKF2 (without CKF)

2) if both status are in the master data (and if the master data is active)

Ricardo,

I am not sure what you mean. I am trying to get a % here. So I need to divide RKF1 by RKF2. Do you mean to have selection based on RKF2? Both status values are available.

Hi;

Before you make the division, are you able to run the report with both RKFs?

The goal is to know if there is any issue with RKF2 in advance (before the calculation)

yes, both restricted key figures show the correct value in the report.

Hi, fix the issue. Apparently the system does not show the correct error message in HTML client. In silverlight it works.
