Problems with view navigation - Black Sections Windows

I need help with this problem, attempting to create or edit a Claim or Request in the browser, I get the following area appears in black and I have no idea what could be causing this,

The component / view -> ( BT120H_CPL/Details // BT120H_CPL/OVViewSet )

Use CRM Web Ui 7 EHP 3 and IE browser 11 according to SAP specifications,
