For some of our users, the EPM gets disabled and if we try to enable the EPM add-in under COM Add-ins, it doesn't work. We check mark the box and enable the EPM add-in but somehow the check mark disappears and we are not able to enable the EPM. How should we do to be able to get EPM tab back for the users with this issue?
Hi Johanna,
Can you please check the following excel options in the machines where you are facing issue and ensure that these option should be marked OFF.
Go to File -> Option -> Trust centre -> Trust center settings -> " A new window will open " Go to Add-ins -> remove all the option of this addin. Close the excel and enable BPC addin and check.

Do you get the following message when you try to view the COM Add-ins?
Then the issue may be with the registry settings.

Hi Johanna,
As mentioned in the Note, when you change the LoadBehavior in the registry to value 3 and then open Excel, are you able to see the EPM Add-in?
If no, then go back to the registry and check if the value was reset to 2. In some cases, the registry values get reset even after manually changing the value.
