Regarding the integration of benefits from successfactors to sap hcm

Hi Experts ,

i had a requirement where i need to integrate the benefits data such as insurance etc from successfactors to sap hcm. As per my knowledge it is done through the third party. But i need with out the third party involvement.is it possible or not.Please suggest me
