SAP portal JAVA.exe stopped

Hi experts ,

I have serious issue while starting the my portal using MMC JAVA.EXE stopped immediately ,I have attached the developer trace and work directory logs  below for further investigation . Kindly advice

Could you refer the SAP KBA's for your issue.

2164946 - Java server startup fails due to out of memory event in offline deployment phase

2066553 - AS Java does not start because PropertySheet does not contain valid property data

I have tried SAP NOTE 2164946 still same issue , I want to know the implication of the note 2066553 because the error doesn't look same as mentioned in the Note. Kindly advice

Any changes in the Java system? before doing any changes do the full system restart and then try the SAP Note 2066553

Hi Sriram ,

As mentioned I have implemented SAP NOTE 2164946 few hours back itself and bounced the server . I will try 2066553 ( note :  when I try to open the configtool it shows error occurred while connecting database )

Have you install any antivirus software or Firewall or UAC enabled?

Hi Krishna,

Can you paste the bootstrap log files.

Also try to open the config tool and if the config tool open , then there is a problem with the kernel files related to the database.

As your system , is not able to connect the database , so synchronization of binaries are getting failed.

Aslo process is getting stopped with exit code 558 , which is a connection issue/network problem.

So check the listener service of the database as well.

I tried opening configtool it shows " ERROR OCCURED WHILE CONNECTING DATABASE "

Then check the status of database.

Also check the connection pool string.

Start the listener service.
