HAT problem 1.14.3 (Proxy?)

I´m currently configuring the newest version of HAT (1.14.3), but i'm not able to do so because of the error described below:

Step 5: Cordova Build Android Project:

Previous version of HAT were working properly without proxy, however in this version the proxy information is mandatory and the default values are not working "Proxy:8080", am I missing something ? do I need to an extra step?
