Message 203 - Condition record was found and changed manually

Dear Experts,

While analyzing the pricing procedures, one of the custom condition types (attributable to discount) has been set as "Not possible to process manually" in V/06. However, while looking into the pricing procedure for a particular sales order, under access details, getting the following message :

Access Message Description 20 203 Condition record was found and changed manually

Do i have to infer that the condition record was found, but he user has changed the record value while processing the order ?

If this is the inference, has the configuration at condition type level ("Not possible to process manually") been overwritten ?
