Work inbox customizing questions

Hi experts!

I would like to speak about work inbox task in GRC.

In standard mode - when we schedule automated job and find some issue - GRC automaticaly send this issue for all peoples who is selected like a control procedures Performers. So, when 2 or more people selected like a control procedures performers (CPP) - issue will send for work inbox for 2 or more people and when one of them open this issue - it will be disappear in Work inbox for anyone alse CPP and change status for "Reserved" (see screenshot below)

SO, my questions - could anyone know how to customize work inbox settings to all employess, who are responsible for CPP?

I need that the task always was avaliable for all users in work inbox. (who responsible for CPP)

    Hello Nagornov Ivan,

    The Settings are Working as per the design.

      • Any work item with status 'Ready' can be processed.
      • When an agent clicks on the Process button after selecting a work item, the status is changed to 'Reserved' and the work item is locked by that agent.
      • When an activity is NOT created from the work item, the status of the work item is reset to 'Ready' when the agent clicks on the 'End' button or closes the browser window.
      • When an activity is created from the work item and the work item is started from the Contacts tab of the activity, the status of the work item is changed to 'In Process'.
