Disable download option SAP Mobile Documents

Hi,

In SAP Mobile Documents it have 3 roles,

• Administrator: Owns the team share and can assign members.
• Contributor: Can add, edit, or delete documents in the team share.
• Reader: Can view the documents in the team share.

I tried with Reader roles, user able to download the file. Can I disable it? So user just only can view only.

Hi,

Even as reader the document is downloadable. This can't be disabled right now.

Hi Ashwani,

Saw the function of Document Classification that only for document repositories for iOS and Android devices.

• Strictly Confidential
• Confidential
• Internal
• Customer
• Public

So these function I can disable the user to open... sharing...

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi,

Yes, you can configure a repository with these classifications.

For all the content in the repository, one can have restriction applied by action restriction on that document classification, on respective platforms (iOS, Android,..)
