Exporting a group of Portal Users to a File

Hello All,

I am pulling up all the users in a portal that have not logged in in 90 days. I've pulled up a search of these users under the User Admin role in the search option. Currently there is no way to export these users into, say an excel file, that I have found on the portal.

Does anybody know if there is something I can do to export these users into a file?

Also there is a inbuilt functionality in Internet Explorer where you can export HTML tables directly to Excel. You can try that on Yahoo Finance by going to a stocks details and then right click on the table and select export to Excel.

Hi,

You can use the UME API to fetch the User Details from the User Store. To meet your requirement you will have to write custom code which will use the UME API and run through all the user details and provide an output file with the necessary details.

i dont see any standard component which will get you a file output.

Hi,

I dont think we have an option to do this. In our similar case we have created a report(by JSP Dyn page) which gives the details based on the search. Then we have provided a download option whcih downloads to an excel sheet.
