Dismantling the production order

Hi all,

Client is having the requirement that if suppose excess components are issued from warehouse to production or dismantling the production order the assigned batches for the components is picking the same.

But the requirement is while dismantling the production order the new batch number should have t assign , system should not pick the already assigned batches.

Is it possible in standard ?
