Db2 on XIs erver slows down the server

I have XI3 SR1 on Windows Oracle environment. I recently added DB2 to the same server. Since then accessing SLD or the integration tools has become very slow. If I uninstall the DB2 server, it works perfect.

Can somebody tell me a remedy so that ic an have DB2 also on the same XI server and still access the integration builder?
