Deposit - Error Message

Dear Experts,

There is the need to use an account as a loan account, having the ability to deposit an amount greater than its fund balance, without the error message of sap b1.

The error message is: cannot deposit an amount greater than fund balance.

Is it possible?

hi,

I think u are using Cash TAB

System considers it as from CASH GL to bank transfer and balance in ledger is less than you entered

If manual JE you don't want..... then just use incoming or out going payment ,,,there select Account instead Vendor/Customer and set receiving and sending accounts there

There is the need to use Outgoing Payment to Vendor and pay the Vendor from an account that its balance is less than the payable amount.

How is it possible?

You can use on account payment to pay to vendor.
