Reverse REturn Delivery - Message VL624

Hello Guys, I'm new round here

I have an issue with a Delivery return reverse:

History:

This delivery has a comercial Invoice, this one was cancelled (i didn't know that)

This delivery was affected with a Return Delivery but this had to be reversed the GI before we moved the product

The product was reversed to the warehouse (bin to bin process from the return delivery to the phisycal location)

Now I want to cancel the Return Delivery with the VL09 in order to reverse all the movements but the error message appears

"Goods Movemt for Delivery 8700746591 cannot be canceled for the Following reasons:

Message VL624"

I tried to back the product with a bin to bin process (LT01) but it's not possible because the Bin location doesn't exist.

Could you help me please?

Dear Sir,

This error cause some time, Your Delivery related Project / Sales order component would kept open by someone else. ....

even we got same error too, and problem was respective Delivery Project was locked by other Dept.
