SuccessFactors/Employee Central: Not able to trigger workflow thru "Manage Leave of Absence"?

If you are using Business Rules then this is correct behavior of the system. The Leave of Absence feature will be retired in the future and therefore they did not make enable it for workflows with Business Rules. The recommendation by SAP is to use Time Off for Leave of Absence.
