SP12 for CR 11 will not install

I am trying to install Service Pack 12 for Crystal Reports 11, but I am getting this error message along with the Prerequisite Updates are applicable failed. 

"Crystal Reports 4 has a higher version than this update, as so the fixes will not be applicable.  It is not recommended that you continue"

I am trying to install the SP because when I try to create a new report and put more than two files together CR is crashing, but now that isn't working either.

Hi Brandy,

The error suggests that the SP you've downloaded isn't for the same version of CR you have.

I don't think SPs for CR XI are available for download anymore.

You might want to upgrade to CI XI R2 SP6 instead:
