I try to perform two actions the same day but I have an error message :
Is someone has a advice about this?

I would be careful to do a repair here. There is a logical reason behind this error message. If he leaves on the same day he is hired, how should he be presented in the system in regards to dates?
The correct would be to delete the employee#. Of course this has to be done before payroll is run (or before posting anyway).

Hi Marc,
That is standard system functionality to not allow a hire and fire on the same day. Therefore, create the termination action as of the next day.

Hi,
Actions that change employment status on IT0000 can not be done on the same day. If you are going to stick to performing the hire action before the employee actually arrives will require you to find a different work around for these situations. Maybe create an unpaid absence for a "no-show", etc.
