Cannot mark any product instance as relevant for diagnostics

Hi All Inside SAP Solution Manager 7.10 SP12, while using Full Configuration during Service Delivery/EWA for Business Objects BI platform 4.2 SP2 (Product Version: SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.2, SBOP EXPLORER 4.2). I’m getting the error 'Cannot mark any product instance as relevant for diagnostics' I tried to use manual assignment of Diagnostics option for relevant Product Instance like Central Management Service and yet received the same error.

I’ve consulted the following SAP Notes related to this and even applied strictly to the mentioned solutions but they are not working.
