Hi All, I have portal with log on page having "get Support" link if user have any issues they can send the message to configured email. is the "get Support" is from standard SAP portal option correct? I did configured the email in System configuration with SMTP and email are getting into. As soon as they click on get support will have two option in drop down Hope it is provided by SAP. options: 1. Reset password. 2. Other logon problems. Questions: 1. Is there a way to disable the "get Support" Link from log on Screen? If yes please give navigation 2. If i want to disable the above Option 2 (Other logon problems). How do we do that. Thanks Rag
Hi Rag,
To learn more about the LogonHelp application you can review Note: 1913161. If you would like to
disable this feature completely, you can open the anonymous user role (on 730+ systems usually the Guest role), click on the Actions tab and search for Logon_Help (via htp://<host>:<port>/useradmin).
Remove the Logon_Help action from the anonymous user role and click save. The next time the login page is displayed, the Get Support link should not be present,
Best regards,

Nick, Above action was not assigned to "Guest" role. And it is assigned to "Guest" groups. I had assigned Action to Role but its didn't work. I tried with JSP enabled Getsupport option but, had small issue. Is there way to get off the second option "Other logon Help". How to make UserId is required field in JSP option get support. question 2: If user forgot the user id and submit the support option using first, last and emailID. But administartor didn't the from email id by whom it was submitted. then From and to EmailId(to Email ID)was configured in System admin. So i was unable to find out from whom the request came from. Thnaks Rag
