Data Transfer Workbench price list migration - MS Office version incompatible - identical bit

Hello,

I am trying to save some price lists for our Swiss SAP company using the Data Transfer Workbench tool. I am using a CSV file my predecessor told me would work. It looks the following:

RecordKey;LineNum;ItemCode;Currency;Price
RecordKey;LineNum;Itemcode;Currency;Price
1;7;01000001;CHF;
2;7;01000002;CHF;213,6336
3;7;01000003;CHF;253,5626

I was told that the ',' instead of the '.' would be understood due to our German localisation.

I try to apply this spreadsheet by choosing "Import" --> "Master Data" --> "Update Existing Data" --> "Inventory" "Item Master Data". For the "Item_Prices" field in the table I provide my CSV file. The mappings are all shown except the "ItemCode" column.

However, on importing the CSV file the application crashes telling me that my DTW version and my Microsoft Office version are incompatible. I have the 64 bit version installed on my server.

So, I installed the 64 bit version on my client which has a 64 bit version of Office installed. However, if I run the same procedure I get exactly the same error. Even when trying to view the logs the program crashes showing me that error message.

Any help is appreciated. First, I would be most graceful if anybody could tell me how to view the logs of that program.

Yours faithfully,

Lukas Schörghuber
