Dynamic filename in Receiver mail adapter using Java Mapping

I have Excel to Mail scenario and want to send attachment with the same name . I am using the code mentioned in the blog

What does it means :

You have to fill these three fields in the target mail package

Content Type: text/xml

Content Description:  indratest.txt

Content Disposition:   attachment;filename="indratest.txt"

Where i have to fill this, in Message Mapping?

Please let me know the content type for excel (i found this application/vnd.ms-excel), is it correct ?

What it "indratest.txt" , is it actual filename or we have to give some random filename here.

Awaiting for your valuable inputs.

Hi Hemant

I've covered this in my post below. I'd suggest you don't use mail package as it's deprecated.

Hello Eng,

Thanks for your input.

I am using PI 7.4 Dual stack with SP 06. Will the adapter module provided by you will help in achieving the functionality.

I have File to Mail scenario, So Let me know do I need to use ESR for dynamic file name configuration or just need to use ID configuration.

Awaiting for your valuable response.
