Time Management - Quota Generation

Dear Gurus,

We have a requirement, where customer wants to have Quota generation automatically and I m using RPTQTA00 to get it but it is taking full quota into consideration.

How to avail below scenario, please help ..

Suppose Casual Leave quota is of 10 days a year and if an employee joins mid of the year how system will take only 5 days for him in his quota or Prorata basis....

    Hello,

    Configure with time evaluation and use the report RPTIME00 or PT60.

    second solution - write a custom rule for mid joinees.

    Please use user exit HRPTIME03. There is a component which can change generated quota based on your logic.
