dynamic user authorisation for link on OWL-view to TI

Hi experts,

On our OWL we have a link by which we navigate to the TI view. In the properties it is possible to set this disEnabled so it gets inActive.

Is it possible to have a dynamic behaviour ? (by some scripting like you can do for query-filtering) - based on User data - this user is allowed to see OWL data.
