Admin Workset: "General"-Features missing

In the Admin Workset of the Guided Procedures, there should be the following features available:

-Managing Process Instances

-Unlocking Objects

-Managing E-Mail Templates

-Managing Permissions

-Assigning Default Roles

-Scheduling Process Initiation

But I only have

-Managing Process Instances

-Unlocking Objects

-Managing E-Mail Templates

Where are the missing features?

(I have an EP 7.0)
