Exchange Rates - error message on requiring ESA ECC-SE add-on

In the integration setup - on the ECC side, when we run the transaction RCOD_CONNECTIVITY (program = RCOD_CREATE_CONNECTIVITY_SIMPL), we get an error message:

Exchange Rates can only be selected with AddOn ESA ECC-SE is installed

Appreciate any tips on the SAP note(s) to install this or how anyone got around this.
