Problem on receiving IDoc

I have configured 3 dialog processes dedicated for processing inbound IDoc. But when an IDoc is received but the 3 dialogs are still processing, it will become error for that IDoc. Are there any ways to configure the system so that the inbound IDoc is queued to wait for processing?

Hi,

by setting parter profile inbound parameters using transaction code WE20 you can avoid such type of errors.

Hi,

Set the inbound options 'Trigger by background program' at the WE20 inbound parameters.

After that schedule RBDAPP01 to process the IDOCs.

Hi,

This could be the issue with the non-availability of free dialog work processes during the IDOC inbound processing.

I can see that OSS note 535172 implemented in the program 'LEDINF05' .

Based on that, I found a OSS note 555229 which talks about the same issue ( Message number B1999 is same in both cases).
