Installation stuck in perform post load activities

Hi ,

I am facing issue in the database instance installation step " perform post load activities" for SCM 7.0 ehp3 system and not showing any errors.

CI is on linux and database is on AIX

what could be reason and what are all need to be checked.

I would appreciate your inputs and suggestions
