Hi Experts,

We are installing SAP NW 731 with hana database. (two sap system with single database).

Installation stuck at step 11 ( Perform sap hana database pre- load activities)

Error details :

        Error during execution of HdbCmdClazz 'ABAP_PRE_LOAD_EXECUTION' : class com.sap.hdb.sl.lib.utils.cmd.clazz.CmdClazzParameterFactory, parameters received. Start execution. Check HdbCmdOut.log and HdbStdout.txt for further information.

• Choose Log Files

Log files are written to C:\Program Files/sapinst_instdir/NW731/HDB/INSTALL/STD/ABAP.

Also, I hope you're using latest SWPM. Kindly take a restart of HANA DB and try once. Do you you see any crashdumps of indexserver during the error time, in the patch trace of hana?

Hi, Did you try manual edit from the hana studio under the tab configuration, global.ini ?

If that also doesn't work, we have to check for the solution for the reported error.

I run the following command in sap hana studio :

ALTER SYSTEM ALTER CONFIGURATION ('global.ini', 'SYSTEM' ) SET ('table_placement', 'method') = '2' WITH RECONFIGURE

I am getting same error Error :
