Solution manager to cloud

Hello Team,

We recently updated our solution manager to SP14 so that we can take advantage of monitoring cloud solutions using S2C_SETUP.

Here i am trying to configure the monitoring for C4C and i am getting below error.Could someone help me.

Hello Sandeep,

I guess it's sufficient for C4C just to save the settings in step 1 of exception management setup.

Hello Sandeep,

seems that you've SSL issues. Did you import the SSL certificate in STRUST? You may check SAP Note 1318906 (Trace analysis of SSL problems),

Hello Jens,

i imported cert in STRUST to SSL Client SSL Client(Anonymo) and SSL Client SSL Client(Standard)

Hello Sandeep,

something seems to be configured incorrectly. You may increase the ICM trace level to 2 or 3 in order to get more information. After increasing the trace level you should reproduce the issue.
