Soution Manager 7.1 ITSM overview issue.

Hello,

we have migrated our solution manager from 7.0 to 7.1. The issue is the users now are unable to see anything on their ITSM screen when accessed through SM_WORKCENTER. The overview says "you have no messages". The roles of the users remain the same. The profile regeneration was done but that dint help.

    Hello,

    SM_WORKCENTER is not any longer the official interface for Solution Manager ITSM.

    Please check with SM_CRM.
