Hello all,

I have an installation of SAP business Objects 4.1 SP05 on a linux suse machine. I am using sqlanywhere default database for my BO Platform.

The database server  stopped without a reason. And when I try to Start it doesn't go up. please find attached the crash log file.

when I run the command sqlanywhere_startup.sh , it throws no error. and when I run the command  sqlanywhere_startup.sh  it throws  the following error Unable to stop database server -- Database server not found, I tried restarting the machine but that also did not work.

Can some on help me with this Issue ?

Regards,

According to the attached SA_LOG.txt, it shows that your OS is "OS=Linux 3.0.101-0.46-default #1 SMP Wed Dec 17 11:04:10 UTC 2014 (8356111)" while you are to "install SAP business Objects 4.1 SP05 on a linux suse machine."

Check the BI4.1 PAM and see if you meet the minimum Linux OS requirement for Suse SLES 11x86_64 or Suse SLES 12x86_64.
