Delivey address is not populating in PO Output

Hi Experts,

The delivery address is not populating in PO Output due to data entered in customer field during PR creation. Since this PR is created with account assignment category P. Is there any option or field during PS integration where user as entered or automatically picked this data ? I am asking from PS side.

Please find the attached screen shot for the same.

    Was this PR automatically created from PS or was it created through MRP?

    Hi,

    If the delivery address is not showing in PO print, you need to check the print program logic for the delivery address. If the delivery address is changed manually, the address number field will be updated. You may get the address number (ADRNR) from EKPO table and get the address details using the FM: ADDR_GET_COMPLETE or similar.

      Hi AKPT,

      I checked in the table EKPO for the above reference PR, the address field ( ADRNR ) is completely blank and in the customer field it is updated as RDS and in PO output delivery address is showing as blank.

      Also, checked for the PO for which it is displaying the delivery address in PO output, for this customer field is blank and address field ADRNR is updated.

      Please refer the screen shots for both cases.
