Charts using web ide

Hi Team,

I am working on a typical application to create/include charts in FIORI application using WEB IDE.This strictly means using charts given in SAP explored section and not about VIZ picker and other addons. My question is ,Is it really possible to create charts using SAP WEB IDE?? If so please let me know the procedure to do so.any documentation would help.

P.S: The charts that i want is from this section.
